Who is responsible

What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and your message, so that we can reply to you. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.

Newsletter: your email address and the time you consented, so that we can send occasional updates. We only email addresses that have confirmed through the link we send. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Technical data: this site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie it sets is a session cookie for administrators who sign in.

Your rights

You may ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before. Silence or inactivity is never treated as consent.

Retention and security

Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and then deleted. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Data is stored on secured servers, and any breach that puts your rights at risk will be reported to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission within 72 hours of our becoming aware of it.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 without parental consent.
